Shanghai Premium Bio-Cosmetic Co., Ltd. was established in 2015, located in the southern area of Liandong U Valley, Jinshan High-tech Zone, Shanghai, covering an area of approximately 8,000 square meters. It is a professional skincare ODM manufacturer.
With craftsmanship and innovation as our core, we are dedicated to developing formulas and processes to produce more scientific and safer skincare products for our clients. Adhering to the concept of efficacy skincare, we provide safe and effective products for various skin issues such as sensitivity, dullness, aging, acne, and dehydration. The company operates a Class 100,000 standard clean workshop. In addition to obtaining the US GMPC and ISO22716 international certifications at the cosmetics industry level, as well as Halal certification, we are also recognized as a High-Tech Enterprise. Our advantageous products include the intensive brightening and repair serum series and the barrier repair series. Our ODM product categories include various serums, creams, eye creams, lotions, masks, eye masks, sprays, gel masks, cleansers, hand creams, wet compress cotton pads, gels, makeup removers, liquid foundations, cushions, primers and sunscreen.
We provide one-stop services based on customer needs and market trends, ensuring our clients' market competitiveness with reasonable ODM prices. We will continue to strive to create safe and effective high-quality skincare products for our clients.
R&D is led by two senior PhD researchers. Dr. Jadir Nunes serves as Chief Consultant and Chief Engineer, and Professor Lv Shangqian serves as Director of Fermentation Raw Material Application Development. They combine efficacy skincare with cosmetic science to develop highly safe and effective products. We continuously expand and enhance our ODM development scope and R&D capabilities, treating customer needs as our top priority to carry out 'customized' skincare R&D and production.
Our company has obtained Halal certification and obtained a high-tech enterprise in 2024. "Premium Manufacturing" multiple items have been exported to Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, the Philippines, Thailand and other countries.
Our company has obtained the US GMPC and ISO22716 international certifications at the cosmetic manufacturing industry level.
